The Miami-Dade trial of a man charged in the deadly shooting of a Rickenbacker bicyclist in 2019 resumes today. Public Defender Yanelis Zamora tells jurors Kadel Piedrahita acted in self-defense. But the prosecution says this was a calculated killing by Piedrahita who was upset victim Alex Palencia sold him insurance that lapsed. The defense says Palencia put his hands on Piedrahita first, causing him to lose balance, before Piedrahita grabbed his gun. He's charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
