The Palm Beach County Sheriff's SWAT team has seized 330 grams of fentanyl during a recent raid.
It stemmed from a drug sting involving an undercover narcotics agent who organized the purchase of ten fentanyl-pressed oxycodone pills for $200.
Agents made contact with the suspect, 21-year old Miquan Owens, in a Boynton Beach parking lot, where that purchase was made. That led to the search of Owens' apartment where agents found the fentanyl, along with cocaine, fake pills and nearly $21,000 in case inside a safe.
Owens is charged with selling schedule 2 narcotics, trafficking cocaine and fentanyl and using a phone to facilitate a felony.
