It's deja vu all over again.
A man has climbed a pole at Miramar Parkway and State Road 7 and refuses to come down from standing on top of the pedestrian crossing signal.
Miramar Police says just about two years ago the same man did the same thing at the same intersection.
That time he gained national attention when he danced and did push ups on top of a Miramar Fire Rescue truck.
In 2021 he climbed a traffic light on Miami Beach.
