Gas prices still spiking even though the price of oil is going down, with crude falling as much as 15-percent. Gas Buddy's Patrick Dehaan says gas is going for four-dollars-and-fifty-nine-cents for regular unleaded here in Florida, which is above the national average of four-dollars-and-55-cents.
